PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display device in which a directly-attaching filter is adhered to the front surface of a plasma display panel using an adhesive, such as epoxy or silicon. SOLUTION: The plasma display device includes a plasma display panel, having a front substrate and a rear substrate; a chassis base arranged on the rear face of the plasma display panel; a circuit board assembly body which is provided on the surface of the chassis base and on which a plurality of electronic components are installed; a signal transmission cable connected between electrodes formed on the inner surfaces of the front and rear substrates and the circuit board assembly body; a flexible filter attached to the surface of the front substrate; and an adhesive member, disposed along the edge of the flexible filter and fixing the flexible filter on the surface of the front substrate.
