PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary member wherein a drain inlet capable of being fitted into a water receiving port of a drain pipe is formed, in terms of a drain pipe cover for connecting a leader and the drain pipe together. SOLUTION: Characteristically, one type of drain pipe cover can be connected to the drain pipes with various diameters by inserting one of auxiliary member bodies, having the drain inlets with several kinds of diameters, into the drain pipe cover. Preferably, one auxiliary member body, which is fitted into the water receiving port of the drain pipe, is inserted by being selected from among the auxiliary member bodies having the drain inlets with the several kinds of diameters.
