PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reworking device which is advantageous for continuous reworking work. SOLUTION: For taking out an electronic component P from a substrate B, a solder temperature sensor 20 detects a temperature of solder S which fits the electronic component P to the substrate B. The electronic component P is taken out while the temperature of hot wind W discharged from hot wind nozzles N1 and N2 is controlled according to the detection value of the solder temperature sensor 20. A hot wind temperature sensor 30 detects the temperature of hot wind W discharged from the hot wind nozzles N1 and N2, and a temperature change is stored. For fitting the electronic component P in the prescribed part of the substrate B, the hot wind temperature sensor 30 detects the temperature of hot wind W, and the electronic component P is fitted while the temperature of hot wind W discharged from the hot wind nozzles N1 and N2 is controlled according to a detection value of the hot wind temperature sensor 30.
