PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a speaker diaphragm molding device capable of reducing a cycle time and improving productivity by shortening a heating time of a metallic mold. SOLUTION: A speaker diaphragm molding device main body part 50 includes a pair of molding metallic molds 5L and 5 for sandwiching film material 20 by facing molding faces 5Ua and 5La, pressing the film material 20 and molding the film material 20 to make the film material 20 a prescribed speaker diaphragm shape, and induction coils 30L and 30U for receiving high frequency current and applying induction heating to the molding metallic molds 5L and 5' through the high frequency current. In addition, the main body 50 further includes cooling units 16L and 16U provided contactably with the molding metallic molds 5L and 5U to circulate cooling water inside, cooling the molding metallic molds 5L and 5U.
