PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a thick-film resistor excellent in temperature characteristics (TCR), and with shape-dependence of resistance made small when a conductive paste for conductor formation is used. SOLUTION: The conductive paste is formed by dispersing a conductive composition containing a conductive material and glass composition in an organic vehicle.
