PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust an initial torsional angle of a torsional coil spring without using any tool in a ball shooting device. SOLUTION: This ball shooting device is provided with a ball hitting hammer fixed at one end of a rotary shaft 12 rotatably journaled to a base plate 10 and hitting a game ball to be supplied to a shooting position, the torsional coil spring 18 externally mounted to the rotary shaft 12 in an axially compressible state, a handle side cup 20 locked with one end of the spring 18, loosely fitted on the rotary shaft 12 and turned around the rotary shaft 12, a hammer side cup 22 locking the other end of the torsional coil spring 18, a cam roller stand 26 disposed to approach to/separate from the outer flat part of the cup 22 and fixed at the other end of the rotary shaft 12, and a cam 34 abutting on a cam roller 24 rotatably journaled to the cam roller stand, retreating the ball hitting hammer against the energizing force of the torsional coil sprint 18 and releasing it at a predetermined position. The hammer side cup 22 is formed with a plurality of slits 30 in its outer flat part and the cam roller stand 26 is formed with projections 32 selectively engaged with the respective slits 30.
