<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle accident information transmitting device and a vehicle accident information transmitting method by which information can be transmitted to both of the concerned persons and a third party when a vehicle accident occurs, and also, the operation cost for a control center or the like is not required, and in addition, instability in use can be eliminated by transmitting the information to the concerned persons who have encountered the accident or the third party. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle accident information transmitting device 1 is constituted by being equipped with a self vehicle peculiar information storage means 10a, accident sensing means (6 and 2a), a self vehicle accident information storage means 10b, and a transmitting means 3 which transmits the accident information of the self vehicle and the peculiar information of the self vehicle to the outside.
