<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated motor apparatus in which the characteristics are optimized through the improvement in the treatment of heat transfer and dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: In an apparatus comprising a motor and a connected driver, at least one heat-generating electric elements (typically control parts) for supplying electric currents to the motor are arranged coming effectively into a heat conductive contact with a motor body, and at least one electric elements directly sensitive to heat are arranged far apart from the motor body.
