<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint capable of easily and securely preventing erroneous insertion of a nose and a body for different fluid and reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe joint 10 for air is composed of the female type body 12 and the nose 40. A holding member 16 is internally inserted into an inner side of the body 12 and is provided with a hole 16a for holding a ball 18 and a confirmation hole 16c having a part exposed on an outer side of the body 12. A resin-made sleeve 22 movable in the axial direction of the body 12 is internally inserted into an inner side of the holding member 16. The sleeve 22 is colored by the same color (yellow) as color of an outer peripheral face of a hose 44 mounted on the nose 40. Step parts 22a, 22b having different shapes depending on type of fluid are formed on an inner peripheral face of the sleeve 22. Step parts 40a, 40b having such shapes that agree with shapes of the step parts 22a, 22b are formed on an outer peripheral face of the nose 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
