<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emission display device capable of preventing breakage of an interlayer dielectric raised at a cross part of a scanning line and data line by pressure of a spacer. <P>SOLUTION: The interlayer dielectric 14 flattened on a side of the scanning line 20 from a side of the data line 11 is formed between the data line 11 and the scanning line 20. Thereby, the scanning line 20 on which the space 39 is set up is flattened, a raise of the interlayer dielectric 14 at the cross part of the scanning line 20 and the data line 11 is reduced, and concentration of the pressure of the spacer 30 at the cross part is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
