PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed book stacking device capable of installing a delivery unit without increasing the size and the manufacturing cost of the device. SOLUTION: The printed book stacking device comprises a paper feed passage 20 to lower and convey printed books 3 in an upright posture, a stacking unit 21 to receive the printed books 3 in an underhung manner, and overlap and align them in a longitudinally arranged manner, and a delivery unit 22 to take out the printed books 3 at an intersection between the paper feed passage 20 and the stacking unit 21, and a back guide 31 to support a back side of the printed book 3 on a table 30.
