PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio signal transmitting/receiving device that prevents electric characteristics from being changed even if changing the direction of an interface, and can freely select a waveguide connection direction from an antenna. SOLUTION: In the radio signal transmitting/receiving device 1: a connection section 3a to a waveguide 6 is provided in a transducer 3 for converting radio waves received from the antenna via the waveguide 6 to an electric signal. There are a first extension 4b and a plurality of mounting holes 4c in a direction vertical to the mounting surface 4a of the transducer 3, a second extension 4d and a plurality of mounting holes 4e having the same pitch as the plurality of the mounting holes 4c in a direction vertical to the mounting surface 4a of the transducer 3, and the first extension 4b at an interface 4; a plurality of internal threads and a screw 1b arranged at the same pitch as the plurality of mounting holes 4c at the first extension 4b in the interface 4 are provided on a body 1a; and an internal thread arranged at the same pitch as the female tread and a screw 1c are provided on the body 1a in a vertical direction to a straight line for connecting two screws 1b.
