PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel selector valve suitable for a vehicle-mounted air-conditioner, having simple construction with a less number of pipes hardly causing valve leakage while saving energy. SOLUTION: A cylinder 2 is mounted in a housing of a compressor or the like. In the cylinder 2, a high pressure valve chest RH, a first selector valve chest R1, a low pressure valve chest RL, and a second selector valve chest R2 are formed in vertical communication with one another. A refrigerant passage 33 of a main valve element 3 is opened/closed with a sub valve 4. From the upper end position of the main valve element 3, high pressure refrigerant flows to the high pressure valve chest RH, the refrigerant passage 33 and the second selector valve chest R2, in sequence, and low pressure refrigerant flows to the low pressure valve chest RL and the first selector valve chest R1, in sequence. The position of the main valve element 3 is held with high pressure in the second selector valve chest R2. From the lower end position, the high pressure refrigerant flows to the high pressure valve chest RH and the first selector valve chest R1, in sequence, and the low pressure refrigerant flows to the low pressure valve chest RL and the second selector valve chest R2, in sequence.
