PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof protection plate mounting structure capable of being easily mounted only by being mounted from above without being required for any special mechanical tool and any skill. SOLUTION: In the waterproof protection plate mounting structure such as a roof and a veranda or the like equipped with a parapet having an eave section, it comprises a fixed piece fixed to a position right under the eave section of a floor surface consisting of a waterproof layer installed on a substrate layer, a thermal insulating layer installed on the waterproof layer and a durable layer installed on the thermal insulating layer, a fixed member fitted to the fixed piece from the above, a channel member fitted to a recess section provided to the fixed member and a recess groove-like guide-rail placed in the lower surface of the eave section, the lower end side of the waterproof protection plate is supported by the fixed piece, the fixed member and the channel member, and since the upper end side of the waterproof protection plate is supported by the recess groove-like guide-rail, it can be easily mounted only by being mounted from above without being required for any special machine and any skill.
