PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the weight reduction of a rolling assembly while securing the run-flat traveling performance and sufficient lateral stability of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This system has at least one rolling assembly (10) formed of a rim (22), a tire (30) and a tire tread supporting ring (42) and capable of supporting the load of the tire even when its pressure is substantially lost and an electronic device for controlling the dynamic behavior of the vehicle having this rolling assembly.
