PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive or a remedy for diseases in the state of the sustained acceleration of blood coagulation. SOLUTION: The preventive or the remedy comprises, as the active ingredient, an antibody against human tissue factor (human TF) and is used for preventing or treating diseases associated with the sustained acceleration of blood coagulation, the state with the acceleration of blood coagulation caused by infection, venous thrombosis, arterial thrombosis, and diseases caused by vascular medial thickening.
