The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a vacuum cleaner having a lower section including a motor unit section and cleaning head section, an intermediate section including a bin section, carry handle and tool storage area, and an upper section including a wand handle and telescoping wand; the bin section has a generally cylindrical bin having an upper end which merges into an aligned tapered portion which, in turn, merges into a generally cylindrical short section; the generally cylindrical short section has a curved carry handle situated across the top end thereof with a brush tool and stair tool mounted on the upper surface of the top end of the generally cylindrical short section; the tapered portion of the bin section has a series of generally identical, spaced-apart members each having a smooth curved lower surface and a tapered upper surface, each member extending part-way along the height of the generally cylindrical short section; an elongated generally cylindrical member extends along the rear surface of the bin section and an upper end of the member merges into an elbow section which bends toward the front of the vacuum cleaner; the elbow section, in turn, merges into a transition section which is situated on the upper surface of the generally cylindrical short section; a generally cylindrical wand extension extends centrally along the height of the rear of the intermediate section between a pair of spaced-apart collar sections, the lower collar section merging into a generally U-shaped section which extends adjacent the rear of the lower section of the vacuum cleaner;the lower section has a generally cylindrical, laterally extending motor unit section situated at the lower end of the bin section, the laterally extending section has a short generally cylindrical filter housing situated at one end thereof, the filter housing having a transition section bending outwardly and rearwards from the outer end surface of the filter housing and merging through a curved portion into the lower end of the elongated generally cylindrical member which extends along the height of the rear surface of the bin section; the lower section has a smooth curved upper surface which merges into a stepped portion which extends laterally across the front of the cleaner head; the upper surface of the cleaner head includes a section which bends along and merges into the end surface of the filter housing; a pair of rear wheels are situated on either side of the rear of the lower section of the vacuum cleaner;the upper section of the vacuum cleaner has a generally cylindrical wand portion and a forwardly and downwardly extending upper wand handle section having a smooth curved outer surface, the upper wand handle section meets a lower wand handle section which extends downwards and rearwards back to the generally cylindrical wand portion; the upper and lower wand handle sections and the adjacent cylindrical wand portion form a generally triangular space.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a front elevation view of the design for the vacuum cleaner;Fig. 2 is a rear view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top view thereof;Fig. 6 is a bottom view thereof; andFig. 7 is a perspective view from the front and above to one side of the design for the vacuum cleaner.Diagrams of the design are included.
