PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compact imaging apparatus where the eccentricity and the tilt of a lens are reduced without providing a sliding part. SOLUTION: By arranging 1st and 2nd magnetic bodies 9 and 11 so as to make repulsive force or attractive force act in a direction nearly orthogonal to the moving direction of a holding means 2, play of the holding means 2 and the fitting part 3 of a guide member is put aside without providing the sliding part indispensable in using an elastic member such as a leaf spring.
