PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic film with vapor deposited inorganic oxide undergoing no deterioration in the gas barrier property due to printing, post processing or the like. SOLUTION: The inorganic oxide vapor-deposition layer (12) is mounted on at least one surface of the plastic film (11). Further there is mounted on the layer (12) a protective layer (13) of a film having as one component a compound derived from a mixture of melamine and a carboxylic acid compound having an addition-polymerizing carbon-carbon double bond and/or a derivative of the carboxylic acid compound followed by polymerizing the whole or a part of the double bonds.
