PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely switch input destinations of a video signal. SOLUTION: At a display section 6, icons showing kinds of video signals supplied to the respective terminals I1 to I4 are displayed and when a user selects an icon showing the kind of a desired video signal by operating a remote controller 20, video of the video signal of the desired kind supplied to the input terminal corresponding to the selected icon is displayed at the display section 6. In this case, the user makes an indication by operating the remote controller 20 to change the arrangement of the icons at the display section 6. Further, since input terminal shapes are also shown with the icons, to which shape of input terminal equipment supplying the video signal of the kind shown with the icon is connected can speedily be confirmed.
