Process and system for connecting a data processing device to a wireless network over an interconnection module

The method involves receiving, through interconnection modules (200), identification parameters transmitted by access points (500) to wireless local area networks (LANs) (400). Cross-checkings between the transmitted identification parameters and information sources are searched. An access point corresponding to the obtained cross-checking is selected, among the access points, for a connection through this access point. An independent claim is also included for a system for implementing connection to wireless local area network for data processing device.
