A telescopic system with a display in a visual field is provided. In the telescopic system, a microcomputer is mounted on the circuit board of a display device and is configured so that the short-time pressing of an ENT key is detected. When the short-time pressing of the ENT key is detected, the orientation data on a liquid crystal display unit is set into a fixed display state in which the orientation data is fixed to the orientation data obtained at the time. At the same time, the display state of the liquid crystal display unit is switched to a blinking state or a state in which the color of the backlight unit is switched to a lighting color different from the lighting color in a real-time display state in which the orientation data being changed is displayed directly, by the microcomputer via a lighting drive circuit, whereby the distinction between the fixed display and the real-time display can be performed easily. |
