Summary of the method consists in that it is carried out the approach in 4 points, namely in the infraumbilical, epigastric region, under the right costal margin and in the right iliac region, there are consecutively introduced the optic device, the working trocars, then there are mobilized, clamped and sectioned the bile duct and the bile artery, it is subserously filtered the wall of the gallbladder with a fibrin adhesive, containing a mixture of solutions of fibrinogen, thrombin, calcium chloride and aprotinin, in the following component ratio, for 1 ml:fibrinogen, mg�15...30thrombin, IU�25...100calcium chloride, Ámol�15...30aprotinin, KIU�250...1000.Afterwards, it is carried out the cholecystectomy from the cervix through the infiltrated subserous layer and the wounds are sutured.
