The sleeve has semi-connector housings (4, 5) assembled above each other to surround cables and connectors. Opposite ends of the housings have feedthrough seals for the cables. The sleeve is completely filled with a pasty material or a dielectric gel (10). The housing (4) has, on its wall, tubular units (11), opening towards the sleeve`s interior, in which pistons (12) are displaced due to manual action exerted from outside the sleeve.
