<p>The invention relates to a clamp for supporting glasses, meant to suspend glasses and used by hanging it on the buttonhole of a vestimentary article. According to the invention, the clamp for supporting the glasses consists of a metal thread (1) shaped so as to make a dorsal loop (e) having the shape of an elongated drop, having the ends of the pointed nose (a and b) bent and welded to each other, the dorsal loop (e) being symmetrical to a vertical plane of longitudinal symmetry (I-II) and provided with some breaks in the curve (i and j) carried out at a pre-established distance (h) from the end of the pointed noses (a and b) and tangent to a horizontal plane of longitudinal symmetry (I-I), one of the ends (b) continuing with a front rod (n) having a length (o) bigger than the total length (m) of the dorsal loop (e) and provided, at the lower side with a suspending eye (p). The dorsal loop (e) is provided at the lower part with a semicircular portion (f) having an inner radius (g) ranging from 2 to 5 times the thickness of the metal thread (1) and it is bent so that between the front rod (n) and the lower end of the semicircular portions (f) of the dorsal loop (e) there is a distance (k) ranging from 3 to 5 mm.</p> |
