The device has a body (1) with filling glasses (9) at rear part and a toothpaste container (8) having a piston (6) which, when a knob (10) is activated by a user, pushes the paste from a conduit (13) to a detachable diffuser head (2) to be output via orifices (15). A rinsing liquid container (12) has a pump (11) actuated, by the knob activation, to output a rinsing liquid from the conduit to the head and via juxtaposed orifices (16). The rinsing liquid container (12) is filled through a stopper (3). The toothpaste container (8) is filled through a tube having a pipe with a stopper.
