PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay of which manufacturing process is simple and easy and which is superior in operation accuracy. SOLUTION: In the relay, a card 52 to transferring a driving force for switching a circuit to a movable spring is installed. Arms 522, 523 to retain the movable spring are installed at the card 52, and slits 522b, 523b are formed in supporting parts 522a, 523a of the arms 522, 523. A cross sectional shape in the horizontal face of these slits 522b, 523b is made to have nearly triangular shape, and the movable spring is pinched by inserting the movable spring which is a plate shaped elastic body into the slits 522b, 523b.
