PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis apparatus for detecting the abnormality of the separation of a bearing, a flat wheel, or the like in a vehicle from a waveform signal from one vibration sensor by providing only one vibration sensor per vehicle. SOLUTION: The abnormality diagnosis apparatus comprises a vibration sensor 21 for detecting the vibration of a vehicle, a parameter value detection circuit 22 for determining a RMS value from a waveform signal outputted by the vibration sensor 21, a peak detection circuit 23 for determining the peak value of the waveform signal, and a comparison circuit 24 for comparing a fixed-multiple value of a parameter value outputted from the parameter value detection circuit 22 with a peak value outputted from the peak detection circuit 23, and outputs a second voltage signal for indicating that the parameter value has exceeded a fixed reference or the first voltage signal or the parameter value is equal to or less than a fixed reference according to the comparison result, thus detecting abnormalities from the output of the comparison circuit 24.
