PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tire capable of making continuous stable and safe running in the period from a drop of the internal pressure of a tire air chamber caused by flat tire etc. to the recovery of the internal air pressure established on the basis of a volume increase of hollow particles. SOLUTION: The tire 1 equipped with a rim guard 10 and having a flatness ranging between 30-50% is set on a rim 2, and a number of hollow particles 13 consisting of a continuous phase made of resin and independent bubbles surrounded thereby and able to make thermal expansion are encapsulated by pressure in a tire air chamber 3 bounded by the rim 2 and the tire 1.
