The invention relates to nucleic acid molecules, a genetic construct, siRNA molecules and a composition, comprising the nucleic acid molecules and/or the genetic construct and/or the siRNA molecules for application for inhibition of the expression of endothelial adhesion molecules. The invention further relates to a device which is coated with said molecules, the composition or the construct, or contains the same. Also disclosed is a corresponding application of the nucleic acid molecules, the genetic construct, or the siRNA molecules and a method for inhibition of the expression of adhesion molecules and a method for vessel, lung transplants and lung transplant treatment and a method for treatment of the open heart in cardioplegia. |
