PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cost and convenience of a device for transmitting digital channel transmitting in a specific frequency within a spectral zone common to the transmission of analog channel. SOLUTION: The retransmitter is provided with a digital channel automatic detection module 311, a spectral zone which analog channels are not occupied (free spectral zone, corresponding to a few groups of digital channels) in the spectral zone, an automatic search module 312, and frequency grouping modules 307, 308, 317, 309, and 310.
