PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor which can prevent liquid leakage more. SOLUTION: A sealing structure 20 is made by coating a lid 13 with a first resin layer 21 with good adhesive property with an aluminum, coating the first resin layer 21 with a second resin layer 22 having good adhesive property with the first resin layer 21, and being brought into contact with the above terminal.
