PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an x-ray equipment effectively adding annotation even in an inspection to a body portion larger than a detector of elongate photographing or others. SOLUTION: In the x-ray equipment, an arrange information obtaining means obtains arrange information from a plurality of partial images obtained by photographing an object, a set information obtaining means obtains the set information of the annotation, a set information changing means changes the set information of the annotation acquired by the set information obtaining means based on the arrange information of the plurality of partial images obtained by the arrange information obtaining means, and an adding means adds the annotation to the plurality of partial images based on the set information of the annotation changed by the set information changing means.
