<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for various electronic devices having high visibility and easy to be operated. <P>SOLUTION: An acid acceptor is included in adhesives 8, 8A for sticking TAC films 7B, 7C, a polarizer 7A, a polarizing plate 7, an upper substrate 1 and a phase difference plate 9. The acid acceptor thereby absorbs an acetic acid produced during use in a high temperature and high humidity to suppress the hydrolysis of the TAC films 7B, 7C. The discoloration and degradation of the films can thereby be prevented to obtain the touch panel of high visibility and operability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
