PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notifying device capable of notifying a user of information asynchronously received during reproduction of a moving image, not at fixed timing, i.e., in the middle of distribution of advertisement, but at appropriate timing not interfering with the user's browsing the moving image. SOLUTION: The information notifying device for notifying the user of notice information unrelated to the moving image during reproduction of the moving image, is provided with a moving image storage part 101 storing moving image information; a moving image reproducing part 103 reproducing moving image information; a moving image contents storage part 102 storing moving image contents information showing the contents of moving image information; an information storage part 105 storing notice information; an information notification timing determining part 109 determining timing to notify the user of notice information; and an information notifying part 110 notifying the user of notice information at determined timing.
