PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical equipment box capable of preventing moisture from dripping on a substrate and ensuring an air passage for cooling electrical equipment (heating parts). SOLUTION: The electrical equipment box used for an indoor unit 2 of an air conditioner is provided with a box body 11 enclosing the substrate 10 mounted with the electrical equipment S. An upper opening of the box body 11 is covered with a cover member 12 of double structure comprising inner and outer covers 15, 16. The inner cover 15 is formed of transparent plastic. The cover member 12 is provided with the air passage 23 for cooling the electrical equipment S in the box body 11, and air from an air infiltration port 25 flows into the air passage 23.
