PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the security problem wherein a user who uses many systems requiring an ID and a fixed password for login has difficulty in managing such passwords and in memorizing them if changing them periodically. SOLUTION: When a login request with an ID that is a mail address of a cellular telephone terminal is received, matrix authentication using position information prenotified to the user thereof is executed and a onetime password is generated and sent to the user's cellular telephone terminal.
