<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste recycling method that enables users to confirm the quality of waste for recycling when making bids for the waste, and that enables a system to be constructed easily. <P>SOLUTION: A database is provided for holding authentication data showing the kinds and quality of waste, etc. If waste corresponding to the authentication data in the database is being dumped in a storage location, a participant is allowed to operate a video camera for taking images of the location of the dumping. Also, the image data thereof is associated with the authentication data. Once the waste product corresponding to the authentication data in the database has been completely dumped in the storage location, the image data taken with the video camera is stored in the database in association with the authentication data.
