PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain-pipe cover being capable of covering the connecting section of a leader and the drain pipe buried in a ground with an excellent workability and being also maintained easily. SOLUTION: In the drain-pipe cover A, a cylinder body is split vertically and cylinder split bodies are formed, the side edge of one cylinder split body 1 and the side edge of the other cylinder split body 2 are connected rotatably and a section to be engaged 11 is formed at the free end of one cylinder split body 1 and an engaging projecting section 21 at the free end of the other cylinder split body. In the drain-pipe cover A, the connecting section of the leader 3 and the drain pipe 4 buried in the ground are covered detachably by attaching/detaching the section 11 to be engaged and the engaging projecting section 21.
