PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine which can easily perform its maintenance. SOLUTION: A servo press 1 comprises a servomotor 21, a non-uniform speed reducer 23 for transmitting a rotational driving torque of the servomotor 21 by reducing its speed, an eccentric mechanism 24 for converting the rotational motion having the speed reduced by the speed reducer 23 into a reciprocating linear motion, and a slide 14 which vertically reciprocate by the reciprocating linear motion of the eccentric mechanism 24. The servomotor 21 is arranged above the outside of a crown frame 131. The speed reducer 23 is located in a box 134 arranged outside the crown frame 131. The eccentric mechanism 24 is arranged in the crown frame 131. Because the servomotor 21 and the speed reducer 23 are arranged outside the crown frame 131, it is unnecessary to access the inside of the crown frame 131 when the maintenance of the servomotor 21 and the speed reducer 23 is performed.
