<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave interference restraining sheet which is excellent in electromagnetic wave absorption in a neighborhood electromagnetic field and in heat resistance restraining reflection, and is proper for high density packaging; and to provide a manufacturing method of the electromagnetic wave interference restraining sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave interference restraining sheet highly comprises phosphoric acid, at least one kind of carbonyl iron powder wherein silane coupling agent is subjected to surface processing, and at least one kind of reducing carbonyl iron powder to 60 to 80 vol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
