PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively support the construction of workflow by making it possible to automatically obtain information about a device that matches the set requirements for service execution, even in an environment where a plurality of devices capable of executing the same service and having different specifications are connected to a network.

SOLUTION: When confirming that an execution device for a first service (process I) has been automatically set in accordance with the set workflow, a device-in-charge determining part 23 of a server 2 asks a discovery 3 about the device that best matches the requirements of a set parameter. On receiving information about a list of matching devices, the determining part selects the device best suited for use from the list in accordance with preset priority. A variety of methods for selecting the device best suited for use may be used.
