<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble caused by accumulation of oil in an evaporator, that is, degradation of refrigeration capability and seizure of a compressor, in an ejector cycle. <P>SOLUTION: In this ejector cycle where a vapor-phase refrigerant evaporated by an evaporator 5 is sucked to an ejector 3, an evaporator refrigerant entrance 51 is positioned above an evaporator refrigerant exit 52. Thereby, pressure drop is reduced by a head difference between the evaporator refrigerant entrance 51 and the evaporator refrigerant exit 52, whereby oil having flowed in the evaporator 5 is made to easily smoothly flow toward the evaporator refrigerant exit 52.
