PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an increase in a capacity and an increase in an integration degree in a high-density magnetic-information recording medium in the next generation. SOLUTION: A magnetic-information recording element 1 is constituted having a constrictor 5 at approximately a central section in the longitudinal direction of a ferromagnetic structure in a nano-scale order. In the recording of a magnetic information, a magnetic domain wall is generated in the constrictor by making a current higher than a specified critical current density j1flow through the magnetic-information recording element 1. In the erasing of the magnetic information, the magnetic domain wall is expelled by making the current higher than a magnetic-domain wall moving current density j2flow.
