PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold constituted so as not only to reduce the heat energy loss of a temperature conditioning means but also to prevent the occurrence of environmental pollution even in a case that an optical element or the like, which requires high precision, is molded in a clean room. SOLUTION: The injection mold has a pair of fixed and movable cavity forming parts 6 wherein core inserts 47 and 54 are inserted in core molds 46 and 53 having retainer plates 45 and 52 externally provided thereto and the temperature conditioning means 46a and 53a are provided in the core molds 46 and 53 while radiation reducing means 46b and 53b are provided to the side surfaces surrounded by the retainer plates 45 and 52 of the core molds 46 and 53. Gaps 46c and 53c are formed between the retainer plates 45 and 52 of the core molds 46 and 53, and the heat insulating means 44 and 51 at least coming into contact with the back face of the core molds 46 and 53 are provided.
