The plank has, on a longitudinal surface (103), a longitudinal spring (105) which extends in longitudinal direction. A second facing longitudinal surface (104) with a serration (108) extends in longitudinal direction of the block plank. A key is provided for the longitudinal spring having a longitudinal spring flank (113). The flank extends in longitudinal direction, which in cross section forms to the longitudinal direction at an angle of larger than 90deg. The flank has two flank surfaces extending in longitudinal direction (115, 116).
