FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out ultrasound therapy of hypo gastric area due to applying low-frequency impulses of 0.7 W/sq.cm intensity according to labile technique. Right before conducting a procedure one should apply medicinal composition out of 2%-chitosan acerbate gel that contains metronidazole at the dosage of 2 mg/ml, at the volume of 10 ml, of 36-38°C, once daily. Procedure lasts for 6 min, therapy course lasts for about 7-8 d. The innovation enables to shorten therapy terms by 1.5 times, prevent the development of adhesive process in small pelvis, interrupt the syndrome of chronic pelvic pains, normalize vaginal microflora, considerably improve female quality of life and provide stable curative effect. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex, 1 tbl |
