<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient system enabling all members of an organization to perform personnel evaluation for all the members. <P>SOLUTION: When members P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>-P<SB>n</SB>of the organization enter and form personnel evaluation tables for all the members in computers 10 and transmit them to a computer 10 of a tabulator P, the tables are automatically entered to a spreadsheet in the computer 10 of the tabulator P.
