<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP-PBX system capable of gathering traffic information of each terminal and charging the terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The IP-PBX system is equipped with a MAC address counter 22a which stores the number of packets that a LAN switch incorporated in an IP-PBX device uses to gather traffic information; and packets to be counted are specified based upon values of a field on a packet header, such as a MAC address, an IP address, a VLAN identifier of a VLAN tag, a TCP/UDP port number, priority of the VLAN tag, and priority of DiffServ, and the number of the packets is counted and stored in the MAC address coutner 22a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
