PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an error on data transmission in advance for accurate transmission processing and reduction of a network load. SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus 1 having a function for transmitting data via a network 3 is provided with: a storage apparatus 2 for recording contents of a transmission error occurred in transmitting data via the network 3, and an error factor information management part 14 in which, when other data is to be transmitted via the network 3, whether the transmission error might occur or not is verified by comparing the content of the error stored in the storage apparatus 2 and that of the other data transmission before the transmission, thereby when the possibility of the transmission error is determined, the content of the other data transmission is modified to avoid the transmission error from occurring.
